Every 6-months I have take my CPAP snore machine to a CPAP outlet so they can download the computer chip analysing my sleep patterns. They also change the filter. All the previous trips resulted in no change in my sleep patterns. I was dreading today's trip because I would have to haul the machine in this deadly cold snap, trudging through snowbanks. I showed up at the appointed time after a 45 minute walk. No one was at the CPAP office. I waited 30 minutes, no one showed up.
I called the CPAP people to register my disappointment and anger. When I headed to work I had voicemail message waiting, indicating that they were late due to road conditions. On previous visits there were 3-4 people working in the office. Not one of them was able to show up on time. They suggested I may want to make another appointment.
I will guarantee that I will never make another appointment. I went on-line and ordered the filters from a website. I'm pretty sure that it is a good idea to have at least one person show up at work on time.
I was able to run for 2-miles today on the treadmill without any walking breaks. That is good sign for me. Once I'm able to run 2-miles I can really ramp up the exercise.
