I often use this forum to complain about customer service but once in awhile a company actually provides excellent service. This is the case for Magma USA the premier manufacturer of marine BBQ grills.
I have a Magma Catalina grill purchased by the D'Arcy family as a Christmas gift. I was having trouble finding a mounting option for the grill on my boat. A "solution" suggested by the marine store where I bought the boat, seemed a little dubious and potentially dangerous.
I contacted the Magma website and customer service email address. Within hours I was contacted by the California based company. They went to the trouble of looking up my boat on the Internet and requested any photographs to see if there was an viable solution to mount the grill. By the next day they had a recommended solution. They also agreed that the marine store's option was dangerous. I purchased a stand that I will install on the swim platform. The family also purchased a storage case for my birthday from Magma. A quality company and American made products.
